T-Solution One.</p>
T-Solution One.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Robot-assisted total knee arthroplasty is a rapidly evolving field, with new robotic systems currently emerging, so this article summarizes the status of robotic technology and discusses its advantages and disadvantages.</p><p>The purpose of the study was to compare the advantages and disadvantages of a new active robotic system and their impact on the overall duration of the operation.</p>
<title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A prospective single-center study of the results of intraoperative timing was conducted in 45 patients (12 men and 33 women, with an average age of 65.9 ± 7.4 years, average BMI - 31.3 ± 4.7 kg/m2 using CJ150 CUVIS Joint® for total knee arthroplasty, compared with T-Solution One.</p>
<title>Results</title><p>Results. When conducting a comparative analysis, a statistically significant decrease in the total operation time was revealed when using the new CUVIS system - 33.7% less (111.5±15.9 min, 168.2±29.9 min, with p &lt;0.001) than with T-Solution One.&gt;</p>
<title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion. The main problem of active robots was the increase in operation time, but we can say that the new generation of active robot is much “faster” than the previous one due to automated preoperative preparation, convenient interface and registration scheme, simple fixation of the robot, variable speed of movement of the cutter, smaller dimensions, and greater maneuverability.</p><p>Conclusion The future of total knee arthroplasty undoubtedly lies in robotic technologies, which are showing rapid growth, although to what extent and to what extent this will depend on further high-quality studies assessing long-term outcomes, complications, survival and cost-benefit analysis.</p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>коленный сустав</kwd><kwd>робот</kwd><kwd>роботизированное тотальное эндопротезирование коленного сустава</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>knee joint</kwd><kwd>robot</kwd><kwd>robotic total knee arthroplasty</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">National Joint Registry.
