Роль spring-ligament в развитии плосковальгусной деформации: обзор литературы

Аннотация
Цель исследования: изучить имеющиеся данные о spring-ligament и ее роли в развитии плосковальгусной деформации стопы
Материалы и методы: был проведён анализ различных медицинских литературных источников, содержащих данные собственных и сторонних исследований по теме диагностики и лечения повреждений связочного аппарата при плосковальгусной деформации статьи. В качестве источников использовались электронные медицинские и общенаучные базы: PubMed, ScienceDirect, eLIBRARY. Была найдено 74 научных работ по запросу: spring ligament, spring complex, adult acquired flatfoot deformity, progressive collapsing foot deformity, пружинная связка, плосковальгусная деформация стопы. Для проводимого литературного обзора отобрано 29 источников. Временной интервал анализируемой литературы: 1988-2025 гг.
Результаты: проведенное исследование демонстрирует, что в последние десятилетия произошло заметное смещение акцента с важности сухожилия задней большеберцовой мышцы на функционирование связочного аппарата при развитии плосковальгусной деформации стопы. По-прежнему, основным методом коррекции деформации является выполнение различных вариантов остеотомий и артродез, в сочетании и без пластики мягкотканых структур. Однако, по данным как клинических, так и анатомических исследований реконструкция spring-комплекса позволяет добиться значимой коррекции деформации, однако отсутствуют долгосрочные исследования. Основные вопросы, которые остаются слабо изученными, на текущий момент, это оптимальный период и методика реконструкции связочного аппарата стопы.
